Dr. Bruce Dunams, PMP

Serving in various corporate management positions over the last 20 years, Bruce is a proven visionary and influential leader. He has a wealth of practical knowledge in product development, operations, project management, customer service, sales, and IT utilization.

Dr. Dunams’ greatest strength has been as an innovative problem solver who excels in conducting efficiency analysis, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing strategies, process, and technologies to improve competitiveness in the marketplace.

Bruce is equipped with a D.B.A in Management, an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. He is also credentialed in project management with the coveted PMP distinction issued by the Project Management Institute.

Porsha Johnson, M.B.A.

Ms. Porsha Johnson is a talented Brand Manager able to take products and services to new professional and successful levels by developing consumer-driven and effective brands that improve the business bottom line and propel company offerings to the top. Comprehensive background in both product and service marketing with strengths in team leadership, communication, and project management. Skilled in identifying consumer requirements and aligning strategies that connect with target audiences.  

A native of Southern California, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino and a Masters of Business Administration degree from California Baptist University in Riverside, California.

Patricia Coly, M.B.A.


Mrs. Patricia Coly is an experienced management consultant. A sought after thought leader, she brings a systems-level approach, rooted in her engineering background, to defining problems and recommending solutions for our clients. Patricia started her consulting career with Deloitte in their Strategy and Operations service area. She has built a career delivering business process improvement and talent strategy services for multiple private sector, government, and not-for-profit clients. Simply put, she's a game-changer! 

Patricia is an Africa Business Fellow (2017), an Education Pioneers Fellow (2011), a Management Leadership for Tomorrow MBA Prep Fellow (2010), and a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow (2010). Patricia holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Science in Public Policy with a concentration in Education Policy, also from Carnegie Mellon, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Derrick G Hamlin, Esq.


Derrick is a Baltimore, MD native, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Morgan State University and a Masters of Science degree in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University. He is also a graduate of Catholic University Columbus School of Law.

Mr. Hamlin is well-versed in contract development, joint venture assessment, and copyright & trademark requirements. With more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property law, Mr. Hamlin has successfully filed several copyrights and trademarks for movies, albums, clothing lines, production companies and entertainment entities. He has formed many corporations and limited liability companies (LLC) while serving the legal needs of many entertainment businesses.

Merri D Jones

Ms. Merri Jones is a high-energy project management professional with experience leading companies through change and challenge toward profitable growth. Viewed by her peers as a strategic problem-solver who envisions smart solutions and executes with urgency across all levels of the organization.  She is skilled in negotiating partnerships and alliances with a keen ability to capture opportunities and catapult new ventures.

Merri joins The IA Firm as our Project Administrator and brings exceptional knowledge of project management methodologies with her. Her insight will be leverage to support our team's effort to deliver projects that are on-time, within budget, and meets scope requirements.
